I've reviewed many Cradiac bikes on my YouTube channel, and the most common question is about the delivery process. Could you explain how it works when someone buys a cycle online?

We partner with India’s best couriers like Delhivery, FedEx, or Bluedart. Any of them could handle your delivery. The bikes are delivered almost fully assembled, about 98% ready to ride.  

So, it’s practically ready to ride?

Yes, it’s mostly ready. The bike comes 98% assembled, but the handlebar and pedals need tightening. Customers can handle this themselves or opt for our doorstep installation service.

Is there an additional charge for installation?

Yes, there’s a transportation fee of around ₹600 for the doorstep installation service. This fee ensures that our team can efficiently assist you in setting up your bicycle at your location. 

What about future services?

It’s simple! You can book a service through our website, call customer care (1800-123-0037), or send us an email (support@cradiac.com). Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.  Our service covers every panchayat and all pin codes in Kerala.

There are many comments, and honestly, I’m tired of answering them. One of the questions I get constantly is whether Cradiac Bikes bought online come with genuine Shimano parts.

We use 100% genuine Shimano products. We are an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) with Shimano and have an OEM account with them. They audit us to ensure whether we use their parts correctly.  

So, no malpractices can happen?

Exactly! If we did anything wrong, they would cut off our account. We use original Shimano parts until the bike leaves the factory.

We understand the components now. Another doubt is whether buying a bike online affects its quality.

Cradiac doesn’t compromise by changing components. Joyal, you’ve reviewed our cycles, and you know we provide the same components as listed at launch and on our website. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have repeat customers or referrals. We’ve been in the market since 2017. Why are we still selling our products? Because we consistently provide the same original specifications, and that's why we are still here.

And what about discounts? Some people assume discounts mean compromised quality.

Discounts you see from banks or on platforms like Flipkart and Amazon during festive seasons are planned promotions to attract customers. We don’t offer additional discounts ourselves, and none of this affects the quality. As I said, we never compromise on the components we promise.

So, no compromise on quality?

Exactly. We make sure that the promised components are in our products until they leave the factory. That’s how we’ve built trust with our customers.
